Fix to score editing where changing or deleting a score did not recalculate handicaps and classifications correctly.

Update to achievements detection. This resolved two issues. One where only record status scores were being accepted for some badges. The other where if two scores were shot on the same day the second one was not considered.
As a result of this change it is likely that checking for new achievements will return a list of previously undetected achievements.
