This page shows all club records on the system for the club.

To delete a record click

To edit a club record click

To issue a certificate for the record click

To view details of the club record click

Tools

There are two tools available.

The first is to bulk delete club records by deleting those selected using the checkbox in each row in the table.

The second is to remove superseded, duplicate and unmatched records.

Superseded means records that are no longer a club record as they have been beaten.
Duplicate means scores that are identical in which case the most recent will be removed.
Unmatched means scores that no longer match a round, bow class, or age group in the database.

The context menu provides access to other information.

Add New Record to add a new club record manually

Check for New Records to run a check for potential New Club Records

Mappings to link rounds and age groups together so they are treated the same for club record purposes.

Exclude Rounds to exclude some rounds from being considered for a club record.

Rejected Club Records to view the list of club records that have been rejected.
