How do I configure member permissions for score submission?
The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.
You can control member score submission through the General Options section of your club settings:
- Allow Score Submission — Enable this to let club members submit their own scores online. When disabled, only administrators can enter scores.
- Allow Score Editing — Enable this to let members edit or delete scores they've submitted. When disabled, members cannot modify scores after submission.
- Require Submission of Scoresheets — Turn this on to require members to attach a photo of their scoresheet when adding a score for verification purposes.
- Member Submitted Scores have to be Approved — Enable this to hold member-submitted scores in an approval queue until the Records Officer approves them. Handicaps and classifications are only calculated after approval.
