What user authorization levels are available in my club?

The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.

You can assign users one or more of these authorization levels:

  • Access to Own Scores — Basic member access to view personal scores and club records
  • Read Only Access (Guest) — View club data without editing permissions
  • Records Officer — Manage club records system only
  • Membership Officer — Manage club membership system only
  • Head Coach — Add, edit, and remove coaches
  • Coach — Manage own coaching activities
  • Equipment Officer — Manage club equipment and inventory
  • Club Administrator — Full control of all club functions
