What user roles and permissions are available in Golden Records Online?
The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.
You can assign multiple roles to a single user. Available roles include:
- Access to Own Scores — view and manage their own score records
- Read Only Access to Club Records — view all club data (except personal information) but cannot make changes
- Records Officer — manage and submit club records
- Membership Officer — manage club membership data
- Head Coach — Head Coach privileges in the coaching module
- Coach — standard Coach privileges
- Equipment Officer — manage club equipment data
- Club Administrator — full administrative access (only existing administrators can assign this role)
