What should I check before adding a new user account?

Before creating a user account, verify:
- The member already exists in your club's membership records. If not, add them to the membership system first
- You have the correct email address — the activation invitation will be sent there and cannot be resent if incorrect
- The email address is valid and can receive messages
- You assign only the necessary authorisation levels for the user's responsibilities
- If assigning the Club Administrator role, ensure the individual is trustworthy and genuinely requires full system access
