How do I cancel my subscription?

The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Navigate to the Account page in Golden Records Online
  2. Click the Manage Subscription button
  3. In the pop-up window, select your subscription
  4. Choose the option to cancel it entirely

Note: Cancellation will take effect according to your current billing cycle.
