How do I request a data restore and how long does it take?
The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.
To request a restore:
- Submit a request through the support pages
- Verify your identity and confirm the authenticity of your request
- Specify the exact date and time for the restore point
Restores may take up to 72 hours to complete, though we aim to complete them sooner when possible. Note: Restores work at the row level only—we cannot restore individual values within a row.
