How does the system alert me about expiring member affiliations?
The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.
The system automatically alerts you when member affiliations are approaching their expiration date or have already expired. It uses two types of visual alerts:
- Notification banners — Appear automatically at the top of relevant pages when an affiliation is approaching or has passed its expiration date
- Status flags — Display directly in the member list alongside each member's name, allowing you to quickly identify which members need attention
