How long does it take to import data and what happens if there are errors?
The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.
After you upload your file, the system adds it to a background processing queue, allowing you to continue working while the import runs. Once the import finishes, you will receive an email with a summary of results, including details of any errors that occurred.
If your import contains errors, correct them in your file and upload it again. The system automatically prevents duplicate records from being imported — only new records that were not previously imported will be added.
