What information is displayed in the Item Details view?
The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.
The Item Details page shows all recorded information for an inventory item in a read-only view, including:
- Category — The category assigned to the item (if any)
- Description — A freeform description of the item
- Make — The manufacturer or brand name
- Model — The specific model or product name
- Quantity — How many of this item are in stock
- Condition — The current condition (e.g. New, Good, Fair)
- Acquired From — Where the item was purchased or obtained
- Date Acquired — The date the item was added to inventory
- Original Cost — The purchase price
- Replacement Cost — The estimated current replacement cost
- Asset Tag — An optional internal reference number or tag code
