How do I register an external coach who isn't a club member?

The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.

To register an external or visiting coach:

  1. Click the Add New Coach button on your Dashboard
  2. Use the centre panel and enter the coach's Name
  3. Enter their Address, Email Address, and Phone Number (required for safeguarding purposes)
  4. Enter their Register ID if they have one
  5. Toggle Junior on if they are a junior coach
  6. Enter the Date Qualified
  7. If they've completed a DBS check, toggle DBS Checked on and enter a DBS Review Date
  8. Optionally upload a DBS document and photo
  9. Add any relevant notes about the coach
  10. Click Add Coach
