What information is displayed for each coach in the coach list?

The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.

Each coach entry shows the following details:

  • Photo — Profile photo if uploaded
  • Name — Full name of the coach
  • Date Joined — Registration date in the system
  • Years Qualified — Time since qualification, automatically calculated and shown in years and months
  • Junior — Indicates if this is a junior coach
  • DBS — Shows if a DBS check is recorded, with a Copy link to view the document if uploaded
  • Assigned Members — Number of members currently assigned to this coach
  • Qualifications — Any qualifications recorded for the coach
