Should I display coach contact information to members?

The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.

The Share Coach Contact Info With Members setting controls whether coach email addresses and phone numbers are visible in the Golden Records member portal.

Default: Off — many clubs prefer not to share coach contact details publicly.

Enable this setting only if it aligns with your club's communication preferences and safeguarding policy.
