How is data organized in Golden Records?

Data is stored in a single database file but is presented in views restricted by date, enabling you to see only data relating to your desired season. Archers, Rounds, Age Groups, and Classes are common to all views. Each club member has only one entry in the database across all seasons, with their records categorized by bow class and member age group.
