How do I set up my club information and customize user-defined fields?

The answer given may not be applicable in all areas of the site or may refer to features available only to some users.

To configure your club details in Golden Records:

  • Club Name – Enter your club or organization name to appear on reports
  • Records Officer – Enter the name of your Records Officer to display on reports
  • Club Logo – Click the button to select a logo file (JPG, PNG, or GIF) to appear on reports. The image will be resized and saved to the Templates folder
  • User1 and User2 Alias – Rename these user-definable fields to something meaningful for your club (e.g., rename "User1" to "Nines")

These settings are found in Tools > Settings.
