This page explains what happens to your subscription when the free trial period ends, and what actions you need to take to continue using the service.

When Your Trial Expires

Once your trial period ends, your subscription automatically changes to Active status. At this point, you will need to provide payment to continue using the service.

If Payment Is Not Provided

If you do not submit payment after the trial ends:

Your subscription will remain in Active status for a grace period
After this grace period, the subscription status will change to Cancelled
Any outstanding invoices will be written off

Reminder Notifications

You will receive reminder notifications before your trial period ends. These reminders give you time to:

Cancel the subscription if you no longer need it
Enter payment details to keep your subscription active and continue service without interruption
