Working with Record Tables

Contents: Filter Results | Sort Results | Export Data | Page Size and pages

Most pages that list records, such as Scores, Handicaps, Club Records and Affiliations, share the same set of controls above the table. This page explains them once so the rest of the guide doesn't need to repeat them.

Filter Results

Click Filter Results to open the filter panel.
Use Find to search text fields, or tick Select on any filter you want to use (for example By Date, By Score, By Status or By Round).
Set the values for each selected filter. Date and score filters let you choose which field to filter on.
Click Apply Filter. Click Clear Filter to show everything again.

Sort Results

Click Sort Results, choose up to five sort fields (Sort First to Sort Fifth), each with A-Z or Z-A, then click Apply. Click Clear to return to the default order.

Export Data

Click Export Data, then Excel Export or Word Export. The export includes the records currently shown by your filter.

Page Size and pages

Click Page Size to choose how many records appear on each page (50 up to 2,000). Use the numbered page buttons above and below the table to move between pages.
