This page explains how to fix "Unmatched 0" or "Unmatched XXXX" seasons that appear when Golden Records cannot automatically categorize your scores into the correct season.

Why This Happens

Golden Records organizes your scores into seasons automatically based on two pieces of information:

The Type assigned to each round (for example, Indoor, Outdoor, Field)
The date the score was recorded

When a round has no Type assigned or uses an unrecognized Type, Golden Records creates a season called "Unmatched XXXX" (where XXXX is the year) as a temporary holding place for those scores.

How to Fix Unmatched Seasons

Step 1: Assign Types to Your Rounds

Review your rounds and make sure each one has a valid Type assigned (such as Indoor, Outdoor, or Field). Update any rounds that are missing this information or have unrecognized Types.

Step 2: Rebuild the Seasons Table

Go to https://archery-records.net/clubs/seasons or https://archery-records.net/personal/seasons depending on whether you're managing club or personal records
Open the Manage Data tool
Click Rebuild Seasons Table

Golden Records will now reorganize all your scores into the correct seasons based on the updated Type information.
