Consents

Contents: View your consents | Withdraw or restore a consent | Give a new consent

Consents record the permissions you’ve given your club to use your personal information, for example photographs or videos. Under data protection law only you can give consent, and you can withdraw it at any time. Open it from Information › Consents. Direct link: archery-records.net/users/consents

View your consents

The table shows each consent, the date it was granted, when it was last updated, its status and any notes. If your club logged a consent on your behalf, it will have uploaded a signed, dated copy as proof.

Withdraw or restore a consent

Click the button in the consent’s Active column to revoke it. The status changes to Revoked straight away. To restore it, click the same button again.

Your club can’t reactivate a consent you’ve revoked unless it uploads a new consent from you.

Click Add New Consent.
Choose the Consent type. The text under The subject consents to explains exactly what you’re agreeing to. Read it carefully.
Set the Granted date.
Optionally add Notes and upload a Proof document (photo or PDF).
Click Add to Consents.

Only your club can edit or delete a consent. This keeps a complete record for legal compliance, and every action is logged.
