Transferring Scores to Another Account

Contents: What’s copied | Transfer your scores

You can copy your score data from this account to another Golden Records account you own, for example when you move club or set up a personal subscription. Open it from Transfer in the main menu or Settings › Transfer Scores. Direct link: archery-records.net/users/transfer

What’s copied

Scores, with their scoresheets, archer’s notes, equipment and sightmarks.
Achievements, handicaps and classifications (depending on your region).

Club records, subscriptions, logins and payment details are not copied. Your original account keeps all its data. Duplicates are skipped, so you can run the transfer again later to bring the other account up to date.

Transfer your scores

Enter the User ID and Password of the account you’re copying to. It must be a club user account or a personal account.
Tick I confirm that I consent to the transmission of personal data.
Click Start Transfer.
Check the details of the destination account shown on screen, tick I Confirm the Details are Correct and click Proceed.

Once started, a transfer can’t be stopped or reversed. Check the destination account carefully before you click Proceed.

If the destination is a club account that approves scores, the transferred scores go into the club’s approval queue. If you’re transferring a lot of scores, let the club know to expect them.
