Use this page to download a copy of your club's records to your computer. This is useful for keeping backups, sharing data with others, or analysing your records in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

How to Export Data

Exporting data takes three simple steps: choose what you want to export, select a file format, then download the file.

Step 1 — Select the Data Type

Click the Select Data dropdown and choose the type of data you want to export:

Archers — A list of all archers registered in the system
Awards — Records of awards that have been issued
Classifications — All classification records held in the system
Club Records — The club's current records
Current Classifications — Each archer's most up-to-date classification
Current Handicaps — Each archer's most recent handicap value
Handicaps — The full history of handicap records
Score Records — All scores that have been submitted
Seasons — Information about the seasons configured in the system

Step 2 — Select the File Format

Click the Format dropdown and choose how you'd like the file to be saved:

CSV (.csv) — A plain text file where values are separated by commas. This can be opened by virtually any spreadsheet program (Excel, Google Sheets, LibreOffice Calc, etc.) and is a good all-round choice
Excel (.xlsx) — A Microsoft Excel file. Choose this if you plan to open the data directly in Excel and want it to be formatted and ready to use straight away

Step 3 — Download the File

Click the blue Download button
Your browser will save the file to your computer — usually in your Downloads folder

Frequently Asked Questions

Which format should I choose? If you're unsure, go with Excel (.xlsx) — it opens neatly in Microsoft Excel with no extra steps. Use CSV if you need to share the data with someone using different software, or if you're importing it into another system.

Where does the file go? After clicking Download, your browser will either save the file automatically to your Downloads folder or ask you where to save it, depending on your browser settings.

Can I export multiple data types at once? No — each export downloads one data type at a time. To export additional data, simply repeat the process and select a different data type.
