If Golden Records isn't detecting club records that you believe should qualify, follow these troubleshooting steps to identify the issue.

Check Your Age Group Settings

Navigate to your club record options and verify whether Use Age Groups for Club Records is enabled:

If this option is disabled, the system determines club records based solely on highest score and bow style, without considering gender or age categories
This means a high-scoring men's record may prevent a lower-scoring women's record from appearing, even though it would be a women's category record
Enable this option if you want records tracked separately by age group and gender

Review Age Limit Restrictions

Check whether Apply Archery GB Age Limits is enabled:

When enabled, this setting enforces age-based restrictions on which archers can qualify for club records
Senior archers will be prevented from qualifying for club records on shorter rounds that are typically designated for younger age groups
Disable this option if you want all archers eligible for records regardless of age restrictions

Check the Rejected Records List

Verify that the score hasn't already been identified but placed in the rejected club records list. Review this list to see if the record appears there and determine why it was excluded.
