The Records Manager Dashboard is your starting point for managing all scoring data for your archery club. This page explains what information you'll find on the dashboard and how to use it effectively.

What the Dashboard Shows

When you open the dashboard at https://archery-records.net/records/dashboard, you'll see a live overview of your club's key statistics, including:

Total score records in the system
Current club records
Number of active members
Recent score submissions

Visual Reports and Charts

The dashboard includes several charts to help you track activity and trends:

Scoring Activity — shows submission patterns over the last 180 days
Top Rounds — displays the most frequently shot rounds in the past year
Most Active Members — highlights which members are submitting scores regularly

Quick-Access Buttons

Use the dashboard buttons to jump directly to common tasks:

Add new scores or members
View the latest score records and club records
Track member achievements
Manage existing data
Run detailed statistics reports

The dashboard updates in real time as new scores are added or records are broken, giving you an always-current view of your club's performance.
