Lookup values connect your rounds, bow classes, and age groups to the official GB handicap and classification tables. They act as a bridge between the names you use in your system and the official names used in the reference tables.

Without a lookup value, the system cannot find matching handicap and classification data to return. If the wrong lookup value is set, you will get incorrect values.

How to Fix Missing Values

Identify the round, age group, and bow class combination that is returning no values
Check whether a lookup value is configured for this combination
Verify that the lookup value matches an entry in the official handicap and classification tables
If no lookup value exists, add one that corresponds to the correct official table entry
