This page helps you track and manage your archery club attendance. Your attendance records are shared with club administrators to help them monitor participation and plan activities effectively.

Exporting Your Attendance Data

You can download your attendance records as a file for personal record-keeping or review. This is useful for tracking your practice frequency or providing proof of participation.

To export your attendance:

Select a time period from the available options:
- This Month
- Last Month
- This calendar quarter
- Last calendar quarter
- Select a specific year
Choose your export format: CSV or Excel file (.xlsx)
Click the export button to download your file

Importing Attendance Data

If you need to add attendance dates in bulk, you can import them directly into the system using a simple text format.

To import attendance dates:

Paste the attendance dates into the text box (for example: 12/11/2024)
Select the correct date format from the dropdown menu
Click Import to upload the dates

The system will process your list automatically. Successfully added dates will be removed from the box. Any dates that could not be imported will remain in the box with an explanation of why they failed.

Bulk Removing Attendance Records

You can delete multiple attendance records at once using the same import interface.

To remove attendance records in bulk:

Paste a list of name and date pairs into the import box
Click the Delete button instead of Import

The system will remove the matching records from your attendance history.
