This guide explains how to copy your archery scores from one Golden Records account to another. You might need this when switching clubs or setting up a personal subscription. The transfer copies your data without removing it from the original account, so both accounts will keep complete records.

What gets transferred

When you transfer your scores, the following data is copied:

All your scores and scoresheets
Achievements, handicaps, and classifications (depending on your region)
Archer's notes, equipment records, and sight marks

The following items are not transferred:

Club Records
Subscriptions, login credentials, or payment information

The system automatically skips duplicate data. This means you can run the transfer process multiple times to keep accounts synchronized without creating duplicate entries.

How to transfer your scores

Go to Settings in your account
Click Export

Review the details of the person who will receive the scores to make sure they are correct
Confirm to begin the transfer

Important: Once started, the transfer process cannot be stopped or reversed. Make sure you have entered the correct recipient details before confirming.

Transferring to a club account

If you are transferring scores to a club account that requires score approval, your transferred scores will appear in the club's approval queue. If you are transferring a large number of scores, notify the recipient in advance so they know to expect them.
