Managing Your Personal Information Consents

Contents: View Your Current Consents | Revoke a Consent | Add a New Consent

This page helps you control how your club uses your personal information, including photographs and videos. You can view all the consents you've given, add new ones, or withdraw existing permissions at any time.

View Your Current Consents

The consents table shows all permissions you've granted to your club. For each consent, you'll see:

The type of consent
The date you granted it
Its current status (Active or Revoked)
An image column that may contain proof of consent uploaded by your club

To view any uploaded proof document, click the image in the image column.

You can withdraw any consent whenever you need to:

If you change your mind later, you can reactivate a revoked consent by clicking the same button.

To grant a new permission to your club:

Click Add New Consent
Select the type of consent from the options your club has made available
Review the consent details carefully — your club cannot change these details after you submit them
Enter the date you are granting consent
Optionally upload proof of consent as a photo or PDF file
Click Add to Consents

Uploading proof is optional when you add your own consent, but you may want to include documentation for your records.
