Updating Your Profile Information

Understanding the Options Section

The Options section displays read-only settings that your club administrator has configured for your account. You cannot change these values yourself, but they are shown so you can see which settings apply to you.

How to Update Your Personal Details

Edit the fields you want to change in your profile
Click Update Details
Your changes will be saved immediately and become visible throughout the club system

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. Even if someone discovers your password, they cannot access your account without the second factor — a unique code from your phone.

How It Works

When you log in with 2FA enabled, you need two things:

Something you know — your password
Something you have — your phone or another device that generates time-based codes

After entering your password, you'll provide a six-digit code from your authenticator app. Each code is valid for only 30 seconds and can be used just once, making it virtually impossible for attackers to gain access even if they intercept a code.

What You Need

A smartphone (Android or iOS)
An authenticator app installed on your phone

Recommended free authenticator apps:

Authy — includes desktop app support, cloud backup, and PIN or Touch ID protection
Google Authenticator — simple, reliable, and widely supported

How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Access the setup page at: https://archery-records.net/access/two-factor

Go to your profile page
Navigate to the Two Factor Authentication section
Open your authenticator app on your phone
Scan the QR code displayed on screen using your app, or manually enter the unique code shown if you cannot scan
Complete the setup process by entering a code from your app to confirm it's working

Once 2FA is active, you'll need to enter a code from your authenticator app every time you log in.
