This page explains how to submit your archery scores to the system. Submitting scores automatically updates your handicap and classification, and helps track club records and official achievements.

How to Submit a Score

Fill in all the requested information on the score submission form
Click Submit
Your handicap and classification will be updated automatically when the score is submitted

You have two choices as how to enter your score. You can enter it as a total:

Or by Distance:

Use the blue button to select which method to use.

When entering scores by distance, use the green Add Another Distance button to open a new row. The total of the distances is shown in the blue bar at the bottom.

Understanding the Score Fields

Score Status

Choose the appropriate status to indicate where you shot the score. Options include practice, club competition, or open competition. This field ensures your score is categorised correctly for club records management. If your club maintains separate records for different score types (such as separate Club and Open records, or excludes practice scores), selecting the right status ensures proper categorisation. In the UK, Score Status also determines the correct classification category.

Club Event

Select this option for scores shot in organised club settings that were not formal competitions. These scores can still qualify for the Bowman classification in the UK even though they were not shot at a registered competition.

Age Group

By default, only active age groups appear in the dropdown list. To select an age group that is no longer active:

Click the green Active button
The list will expand to show all age groups that are not archived

Record Status

Turn on the Record Status switch if your score was shot at any of these competition types:

Official Record Status competition
National competition
International competition

Setting this switch allows the score to qualify for Master Bowman classifications in the UK.

What Happens After You Submit

When you submit your score, you will receive confirmation that it has been accepted, along with the score values. Your handicap and classification are automatically calculated in the background (for GB archers only).

If your club requires score approval: Your handicap and classification will not update until your score is approved by a club official.

If your club does not require approval, Updates happen immediately in the background. If the system is busy, it may take a short time for updates to become visible.

Attaching Scoresheets or Results

You can attach up to 4 score sheets or results documents to support your score submission.

Accepted file formats:

.pdf (maximum 10 pages)

To attach a score sheet:

Click Choose File
Select your document
Click Add to Score

Important: The scoresheet will not be submitted unless you click Add to Score after choosing the file.
