This page shows you how to update your personal profile information and secure your account with two-factor authentication.

Updating Your Profile Information

To access your profile settings, go to: https://archery-records.net/users/settings

Options section: The fields in this section are read-only because your club controls them. They are displayed so you know what settings apply to your account.

To update your personal information:

Edit the fields in your profile
Click Update Details
Your changes will appear throughout the club system

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security to your account. Even if someone discovers your password, they cannot access your account without the second factor.

How It Works

Two-factor authentication identifies you using two things:

Something you know: your password
Something you have: your phone or another device that generates time-limited codes

Each code is unique to you and changes every 30 seconds. This means even if someone steals your password, they cannot access your account without also having your device to generate the matching code for that 30-second window.

Once enabled, logging in requires two steps: entering your password, then entering the code displayed on your device at that moment.

What You Need

A smartphone (Android or iOS)
An authenticator app, such as Authy or Google Authenticator (both free)

Note: Authy offers additional features including a desktop app, backup options, and PIN or Touch ID authentication for extra security.

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication

Go to your profile page
Navigate to the two-factor authentication section
Open your authenticator app
Either scan the QR code displayed on screen, or manually enter the unique code provided
Your account is now protected with two-factor authentication
