As a member, you have direct control over your affiliation information. You can:

View your current affiliation details at any time
Update information for existing affiliations
Submit new affiliation details when you join a new organization
Receive automatic email reminders before your affiliations expire

How to Update Your Affiliation Details

Follow these steps to add or change your affiliation information:

Go to your user page
Find the affiliation section on the page
Enter your changes or add new affiliation details
Click the submit button to save your updated information

By managing your own affiliation records, you help keep the system accurate and current without waiting for administrator approval for routine changes.
