Adding an Organisation Affiliation

This page shows you how to register your membership with an affiliated organisation (such as Archery GB) in the system. Your club may require this information to verify your membership eligibility.

Add a New Affiliation

Click Add Affiliation

Select the organization from the Affiliation drop-down menu
Enter your membership reference number in the Register ID field
If required by your club, upload a photo of your registration card using the Browse button (maximum file size: 5MB)
Click Add to Affiliations to save your details

What Information to Enter

Register ID

Enter your membership reference number exactly as it appears on your card or confirmation from the affiliated organization. For example, if you are an Archery GB member, enter your Archery GB membership number. This field is required.

Photo

Upload a photo of your registration card if your club requires it for verification. To add a photo:

Click Browse to locate the image file on your device
Select the file — it must be 5MB or smaller

If Your Organization Is Not Listed

The affiliation drop-down shows only organizations that your club administrator has added to the system. If you cannot find your organization in the list, contact your club administrator and ask them to add it.
