Managing Archery Rounds

This page helps you manage all archery rounds in your system. You can view your rounds, archive or restore them, edit details, merge duplicates, and delete rounds you no longer need.

View Your Rounds

To access your rounds list, go to: https://archery-records.net/personal/rounds

To see all scores recorded for a specific round, click the button next to that round.

Archive or Restore Rounds

Archiving hides a round without deleting it. To archive a round:

Find the round you want to archive
Click the button

To restore an archived round:

Switch to the Archived view
Click the button next to the round you want to restore

Edit a Round

To change the details of a round:

Click the blue Edit button next to the round
Update the details as needed
Save your changes

Delete a Round

To permanently remove a round, click the red Delete button .

Important: If any scores or records are linked to this round, you must either reassign them to another round or delete them before you can proceed with the deletion.

Round Management Tools

Merge Duplicates

If you have duplicate rounds in your system, use Merge Duplicates to combine them into a single entry. The system will automatically update all related scores and club records to reference the merged round.

Load Missing Rounds

If standard rounds are not currently in your system, use Load Missing Rounds to add them automatically.
