This page controls how your archery records system handles seasons, classifications, handicaps, and scoring display. These settings affect how your data is organized and calculated across the system.

Navigate to https://archery-records.net/personal/settings to access all system settings.

Configuring Your System Settings

Preferred Naming Style for Seasons

Choose how you want seasons to be named throughout the system. Seasons are created automatically, and this setting controls their format (for example, "Outdoor 2021").

Apply Strict Archery GB Rules

Decide whether to apply Archery GB rules strictly or loosely. When you enable this setting:

Unofficial rounds (such as Frostbite) are excluded from handicap and classification calculations
Indoor classifications are restricted to Recurve and Compound classes only (UK Only)

Allow Unofficial Score Ratings

Control whether handicaps and classifications are calculated for rounds not officially listed by Archery GB. This setting only determines if a handicap or classification is returned. To control whether these ratings affect member ratings, use the Apply Strict Archery GB Rules setting described above. (UK Only)

Assess Equivalent Senior Ratings

Enable this to calculate equivalent senior classifications (Men or Women) for archers in age-restricted groups. (UK Only)

Exclude 2020 Outdoor Season

Choose whether to exclude the 2020 Outdoor Season and carry forward 2019 values to 2021, in line with Archery GB's Covid dispensation. You can exempt specific archers from this rule by clicking the Manage button. (UK Only)

Record Golds and Xs

Select how to display scoring details. When enabled, scores show as Golds and Xs. When disabled, scores display as Golds and Tens.

Labels for User Fields

Customize the headings for two user-defined fields that you can use for any purpose. Enter your preferred labels here. If left blank, these fields will display as User 1 and User 2.
