This page shows you how to change your subscription plan or cancel your Golden Records Online subscription entirely.

What You Can Do

You can modify your current subscription plan to upgrade or downgrade your service level, or you can cancel your subscription completely. All changes are made through your online account.

Steps to Change or Cancel

Go to the Account page in Golden Records Online.
Click the Manage Subscription button.
When the pop-up window appears, select your subscription from the list.
Choose one of the following options:
- Edit your subscription — to change or upgrade your plan
- Cancel — to cancel your subscription completely
Follow the prompts to complete your change.

When Changes Take Effect

Your changes will take effect according to the terms shown during the modification process. These terms are displayed before you confirm your change, so you'll know exactly when your new plan starts or when your cancellation becomes active.
