This page shows you how to change the details of a round you've already created in your archery records. You might need to edit a round to fix an incorrect maximum score, update its type or lookup value, or archive it when you no longer use it.

Steps to Edit a Round

Go to https://archery-records.net/personal/rounds
Find the round you want to edit in the list
Click the edit button next to the round name

The round editor will open, showing all the fields you can change.

Round Settings Explained

Maximum Score — Enter the highest possible score for this round. The system uses this to check whether scores you enter are valid. If you set this to 0, the system won't validate scores at all.

Type — Select the archery discipline (such as Target, Field, or Clout). This tells the system which season the round belongs to and how to process its scores.

Lookup Value — This is the reference name the system uses to fetch handicap and classification data from UK archery tables. The lookup value might be different from the round name you see on screen. If you use the wrong lookup value, the system will give you incorrect handicap or classification information.

Archived — Turn this on to hide the round and all its scores from view across the entire system. Use this for rounds you no longer shoot but want to keep for historical records.

Active — Turn this off to remove the round from dropdown menus when entering new scores. The round and its existing scores will still appear in your records, but you won't be able to select it for new entries.
