This page shows you how to change the settings for an existing bow class in your club's archery records system. You might need to do this to archive old classes, deactivate classes you no longer use, or update class names.

Steps to Edit a Bow Class

Go to https://archery-records.net/personal/classes
Find the bow class you want to edit in the list
Click the edit button next to the class name

The class editor opens, displaying all the settings you can modify for this class.

What Each Setting Does

Archived: When you set a class to Archived, the system hides both the class and all scores associated with it. Use this option when you want to completely remove a class from view across the entire system.

Active: When you turn Active off, existing scores remain visible in the system, but the class no longer appears in dropdown menus when you're entering new scores or creating records. This is useful when you want to stop using a class but preserve historical data.
