Overview

The Personal Dashboard is your home screen within Golden Records Online. It is displayed upon login and provides a personalised summary of your archery record, giving you an at-a-glance view of your recent shooting activity, key statistics, current classifications, and current handicaps. The page heading displays your name (e.g. Personal Dashboard for John Doe) alongside your avatar.

At the top of every page is the site-wide navigation bar. From here you can access:

Dashboard — returns you to this page at any time.
Add My Score — submit a new score record.
Records (drop-down menu) — provides access to your full history of Scores, Personal Bests, Handicaps, Current Handicaps, Classifications, Current Classifications, Achievements, Distance Performance, Sightmarks, and Score Notes.
API — access to the Golden Records API.
Settings — manage your personal preferences.
Account — manage your account details.
Export — export your data.
Your username (drop-down) — quick links to Settings, Account, and Log Out.

Below the main header, a secondary navigation bar provides shortcuts to broader sections of the application: My Shooting, Performance, Manage Data, User Guide, and Support.

Page Sections

Last 5 Submitted Scores

This section displays your five most recently submitted scores, listed in reverse chronological order (newest first). For each score entry you will see:

Date — the date the score was shot.
Bow style, gender category, and round name — e.g. Recurve | Women 50+ | Portsmouth.
Session type — e.g. Practice or Club Event.
Score details — the raw score, number of hits, golds, and Xs, together with the location (Shot At: Club or Away).
Classification — the classification achieved for that round, if applicable.
Handicap — the handicap calculated from that score.
Adjusted Score — the handicap-adjusted score for that round.
Personal Best badge — entries that represent a personal best for that round and bow style are highlighted with a "Personal Best" label.

To view your complete score history, click the See All Scores button at the top of this section.

Key Statistics

A summary panel on the right-hand side of the page shows three headline figures:

Total Score Records — the total number of scores you have submitted to the system.
Handicaps — the total number of handicap records held for you.
Classifications — the total number of classification records held for you.

These figures give a quick indication of how much data has been recorded in your profile.

Current Classifications (UK Only)

This section shows a summary table of your current active classifications across all bow styles and categories. The table contains the following columns:

Classification — the classification title and gender category (e.g. Bowman 1st Class (Women)).
Bow Style — the bow type the classification applies to (e.g. Recurve, Compound, Barebow).
Type — whether the classification is Outdoor or Indoor.
Achieved — the date the classification was last awarded.

Only your most current (highest) classification per bow style and type combination is shown here. To view your full classification history, click the See All Classifications button.

Current Handicaps (UK Only)

This section displays your current active handicap for each bow style you shoot. The table contains:

Handicap — your current numerical handicap (lower numbers represent a higher standard of shooting).
Bow Class — the bow type the handicap applies to (e.g. Recurve, Compound, Barebow).
Type — whether the handicap is Outdoor or Indoor.
Achieved — the date the handicap was last updated.

A separate handicap is maintained for each combination of bow style and shooting type. To view your complete handicap history, click the See All Handicaps button.

Tips

The Dashboard is a read-only summary page — no data can be edited directly from here.
Use the See All Scores, See All Classifications, and See All Handicaps links to drill into the full detail behind each summary section.
To submit a new score, use the Add My Score link in the top navigation bar.
Personal Best entries are automatically identified by the system and flagged on both the dashboard and the full scores list.
