This page shows you how to submit an archery score to the system. When you add a score, your handicap and classification will be updated automatically based on the information you provide.

How to Submit a Score

Navigate to the score submission page using the link above
Fill in the required information in the form
Set the appropriate options for your score (see details below)
Click Submit

Once submitted, the system will automatically update your handicap and classification. You will receive confirmation that your score has been accepted, along with the calculated values.

Understanding Score Options

Score Status

Select the status that describes how you shot this score. This helps your club manage records correctly:

If your club only accepts competition scores for records, mark scores accordingly
If your club maintains separate Club and Open records, use this field to distinguish between them
In the UK, this setting also determines your classification

Club Event

Use this option for scores shot in an organized club setting that wasn't a formal competition. In the UK, these scores can still qualify for Bowman classification.

Age Group

By default, the system shows only your currently active age groups. To select an age group you've aged out of:

Click the green Active button
The list will expand to show all age groups that haven't been archived
Select the appropriate age group

Record Status

Turn on the Record Status switch if you shot this score at an official Record Status, National, or International competition. In the UK, this allows the score to qualify for Master Bowman classifications.

What Happens After Submission

Your handicap and classification (GB only) are calculated automatically in the background. The timing depends on your club's settings:

No approval required: Updates process immediately after submission
Approval required: Updates process when a club official approves your score

If the system is busy, updates may take a short time to appear.

Attaching Scoresheets or Results

You can attach up to 4 files as evidence of your score. Accepted formats are .jpg, .png, or .pdf. PDF files must not exceed 10 pages.

To attach a file:

Click Choose File and select your scoresheet or results document
Click Add to Score
Repeat for additional files if needed

Important: Files are not submitted automatically. You must click Add to Score for each file, or it will not be included with your submission.
