Managing 2020 Score Exemptions for Archers

This page shows you how to allow specific archers' 2020 Outdoor scores to count toward their 2021 Outdoor start handicap and classification. Use this feature when you've enabled the global setting to exclude 2020 scores (UK Only) but need to create exceptions for individual archers.

Important: These exemptions only work when the "Exclude 2020 Outdoor Season" option is enabled in your settings. If that option is turned off, all 2020 scores are included by default and this exemption list has no effect.

Access the Exemptions Manager

Go to the settings page
Find the "Exclude 2020" option
Click Manage next to it

Add an Archer to the Exemption List

Follow these steps to include an archer's 2020 scores:

Select the archer's name from the drop-down list
Click Add to List

The archer now appears in the exemption list. Their 2020 Outdoor scores will be included when calculating their 2021 Outdoor start handicap and classification.

Remove an Archer from the Exemption List

To stop including an archer's 2020 scores:

Tick the box next to the archer's name in the exemption list
Click Remove Selected

The archer's 2020 Outdoor scores will now be excluded along with all other archers (as long as the global "Exclude 2020" setting remains enabled).
