Use this form to manually enter a handicap value for an archer using UK handicap systems. This is most useful when setting a starting handicap at the beginning of a season before any scores have been recorded.

Understanding Automatic Recalculation

Golden Records Online automatically recalculates handicaps and classifications whenever you add or edit scores. This automatic system will remove any manually-entered handicap if a score exists with an earlier date than your manual entry.

Manually-entered handicaps are only preserved if they have a date earlier than all recorded scores for that archer.

When to Use This Form

Use manual handicap entry when you need to set a starting handicap value at the beginning of a season before any scores have been recorded. This ensures your manually-entered value will not be overwritten by the automatic calculation system.

How to Add a Season Start Handicap

Enter the handicap value in the form
Set the date to your season start date
Verify that no scores exist with dates on or before this season start date
Submit the form

Note: If scores already exist before your chosen date, either delete those scores first or enter the manual handicap with an earlier date than the earliest score.
