Adding a New Custom Round

Use this page to create a custom round in your archery records. Custom rounds let you track scores for competitions or practice sessions that aren't already available in the system.

Add a New Round

Go to https://archery-records.net/personal/rounds
Select the Add New Round tab

Complete the Round Details

Maximum Score

Enter the highest possible score for this round. The system uses this value to check your score entries and flag any errors. If you set this to 0, the system will not validate scores for this round.

Type

Select the archery discipline for this round, such as Target, Field, or Clout. The system uses this to:

Assign the round to the correct season
Process and categorize your scores correctly

Lookup Value

Enter the official round name used for handicap and classification calculations. UK archers: This value must match exactly with the Archery GB reference data. If the value is incorrect or doesn't match, the system may return invalid handicap and classification information.

Note: The lookup value may be different from the display name you give the round in the system.
