Transferring Scores Between Accounts

Use this feature to copy your archery scores from one Golden Records account to another. This is helpful when you switch clubs, set up a personal subscription, or need to consolidate your records.

What Gets Copied

When you run a transfer, the following data is copied to your new account:

All scores and scoresheets
Achievements, handicaps, and classifications (region-dependent)
Archer's notes, equipment records, and sight marks

Important: Your original account keeps all its data—nothing is deleted or moved. Club Records, subscriptions, login credentials, and payment information are not transferred. If you run the transfer multiple times, duplicate data is automatically skipped, so you can use this to keep accounts in sync.

Steps to Transfer Your Scores

Log in to your current account and go to Settings
Click Export

Check the box to confirm you agree to the transmission of personal data
Click Start Transfer
Review the confirmation details showing who will receive the scores—verify these are correct before proceeding

Note: Once you start the transfer, it cannot be stopped or reversed.

What Happens Next

If the receiving account is a club account that requires score approval, your transferred scores will appear in the club's approval queue. If you're transferring a large number of scores, consider notifying the recipient in advance so they know to expect them.
